Arsenal striker Olivier Giroud believes Arsenal’s stronger mentality this season can see them push for a very first Premier League title in more than ten years.

“We are displaying plenty of leadership, we have group meetings and all of us choose to contribute and bring qualities for the major matches.
“We are all looking in the exact same path and we know we have to be one hundred per cent in each game. If somebody is usually a bit tired then somebody else will battle and fight for each other. That?ˉs the mentality we have to have to show via the season.
“If we carry on like that then we are going to be hard to beat, particularly with our efficiency. I don’t choose to look as well far forward since we need to have to maintain it up and carry on this momentum.

He added: “We also would like to qualify for the [knockout stages of the] Champions League so we?ˉve got huge games to come so let?ˉs see if we are able to retain it up.”
